Skill Icons in Forums - Guild Wars Forums

I've seen a lot of people use skill icons in a thread, for example here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10321412 (Speaking of which, I can't find the hyperlink button and the site won't let me use HTML codes of my own. Where's that sneaky little hyperlink button?)

So how do you insert those skill icons into threads?
